Shell sells gas assets in the U.S. for $ 2.1 billion

 

The Anglo-Dutch company Shell sells gas assets in the United States for 2.1 billion dollars, the company said. In particular, Shell Ultra Petroleum sells for 925000000 dollars project in Pinedale Wyoming, receiving, besides money, share of deposits in the Marcellus shale and Utica areas in the states of Pennsylvania and Ohio. In addition, the Group has agreed the sale of Haynesville field in Louisiana is 1.2 billion dollars Vine Oil & Gas LP and Blackstone. 
 
In the second quarter of Shell production in the Pinedale project was 190 million cubic feet of gas per day, the project Haynesville - 700 million cubic feet.
