Arbitration at the ASUU
Arbitration (Arbitration Court) is a non-state judicial body that resolves disputes under economic (business) contracts between legal entities, between legal entities and citizens, and between citizens.
Commercial arbitration at the Association "Subsoil Users of Ukraine" was established in 2009 by the decision of the General Meeting of Participants of the Association "Subsoil Users of Ukraine" (protocol No. 2 dated February 23, 2009)
Arbitration Rules (Regulations of the Arbitration Court) are developed by each Arbitration Court independently.
The rules are adopted by the parties upon signing the arbitration agreement (the rules of review are an integral part of the agreement).
The parties, submitting the dispute to the arbitration court, undertake to obey the latter's decision.
In the arbitration agreement, the parties may also write down their arbitration rules, which are binding on the Arbitration Court.
