"When gas was sold at UAH 200 at an exchange rate of 8 UAH/USD, Ukrgazvydobuvannya increased production, new deposits were discovered that are not being opened now. Today, the company's income has increased 10 times, which is enough money to increase production. No investor is needed today. In Ukraine, an investor is a people who pay a high price for gas," Ilya Rybchych commented on the situation at the company.

- In 2017, the managers of Ukrgazvydobuvannya went around and did not know where to spend these colossal funds, they did not know what to do with them.

The industry is complex and not easy, but there are managers who have never seen it, and do you think these managers will increase production? First of all, they are reducing specialists, they are afraid of people who can tell them the truth about gas and deny it. Therefore, do not think about mining, it will not be.

Is the state interested in mining? I think not.

- The industry is almost destroyed. Managers want to cut another 1,500 drillers. Specialists who at one time destroyed the Urengoy gas field, specialists who ensured production in the fields in russia... Therefore, today, what can be the increase in production?

- Ministry of Energy Resources. What do they have? They don't have resources on the balance sheet, they need to be scouted, prepare areas... But there is no one there to work on it.... They divide those areas into small pieces and sell them at auctions. They engaged in trade, but not in state affairs!

Therefore, their key task today is the preparation of the resource base! Find experienced geologists and prepare large areas and let "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" buy.

- New drilling rigs purchased by "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" are idle today. Who is responsible for this? If I had drilling rigs, "I would be skinned."

-Today's profit strategy? It can be fulfilled at the expense of reducing specialists, increasing the price of gas, do not invest money in the cost price, letting the industries fall apart, and showing the profit tomorrow and bragging. But after two years, production will drop to a minimum. Is this a strategy?

- The 20/20 program on gas production. There should be results for this strategy! Once it was accepted, no one canceled it... Because Naftogaz is already saying that this is not our program. And nobody says anything about it...
