Kuibyshev district prosecutor's office has returned to state ownership land with total area of nearly 60 hectares and cost more than 1.3 million UAH. To protect the interests of the state, district prosecutor's office appealed to the Economic Court of Zaporozhye region with a claim to terminate the right of the enterprise - the offender for permanent use of the land, the elimination of the state certificate, as well as demanding the return of land deposits in the state.
