Association "Subsoil users of Ukraine" became part of the Working Group on the revision of the legal framework in the field of state geological control and regulation of business. Working group formed on the orders of Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk 17.04.2015 № 84 to end irrelevant, modification and ceasing to be invalid regulatory legal acts on state geological control and regulation of geological study and use of mineral resources. The group also included business entities, representatives of relevant geological enterprises and public authorities.
"Open dialogue between business and government in the field of mineral resources will enable effectively update legislation governing the industry, to provide conditions that will ensure a balance of interests of the state and businesses to quality and progressive development of the mining industry!" - said the president of the association "Subsoil users of Ukraine" Roman Storozhev.
