Cabinet introduced to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the National Commission for Energy Regulation and utilities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law "On the National Commission, which performs state regulation in the energy and utilities Ukraine". According to Parliament's website, the bill №2966 reported May 28, 2015. The text of his not yet made public.
Earlier, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk noted that the bill is designed with ukazannyy1 Energy Community, it meets European standards. NKREKU created by presidential decree on 27 August 2014 by the merger of two regulators - utilities (National Service Committee) and energy (NERC). According to some lawyers, in connection with the reorganization of the commission is still not legally permanently fixed.
