Akshin Mehdiyev has completed his work at UGV as Drilling Director
Akshin Mehdiyev has completed his work as the Director of Drilling Operations at Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC. NaftoRynok reports this with reference to its own sources. February 22 was the last day of Mehdiyev's work in the company.
Akshin Mehdiyev worked for a little over a year (since February 2023), heading the drillers after the company fired the head of the company Oleksandr Romanyuk (January 2023). The position of Drilling Director was vacant for about six months after Oleksandr Poternak was dismissed in July 2022.
Commenting on several personnel changes in the company, Oleh Tolmachev, CEO of Ukrgasvydobuvannya, said in an interview with ExPro that the renewal of the company's management team is normal.
"Sometimes the system needs a shake-up. We have a lot of employees who have new ideas, and experience and are ready to move up in the company. I think that allowing employees to grow with the company and implement their ideas and technologies is very good for the company," Tolmachev commented.
As ExPro previously reported, in early February, Igor Mokhniy left UGV as Director of UGV-Service. At the end of January, Ivan Sushynskyi resigned as Director of Ukrburgaz. Before that, Gennadiy Sleptsov, Director for Land Relations and Community Relations, and Maryna Petrenko, HR Director of UGV, left the company. At the end of December, Andriy Okhotnikov, Director of ShebelynkaGasVydobuvannya, left the company.
