Kharkiv Regional Council session on Thursday agreed on the provision of PJSC "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" special permit for subsoil use on the East Hrestischensky Square (Krasnogradsky district). "An provision of public joint stock company" Ukrgazvydobuvannya "subsoil in use for geological study, including research and industrial development, with the subsequent production of oil and gas (industrial development of deposits) East Hrestischenskoy area located in Krasnograd district of the Kharkiv region," - says the decision.
The explanatory note to the draft decision states that in accordance with the procedure of special permits for subsoil use, the procedure goes without competition, because "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" is a state-owned company. In addition, the deputies agreed to expand the frontiers of Novosofievskoy area of subsurface area previously provided in the use of LLC "Vostok-Energoresurs" for oil and gas.
