"Nadra of Ukraine" sued the company "Golden Derrick" 24% stake on Sakhalin field

The Economic Court of Kiev ripped concluded in April 2013, an agreement to acquire oil and gas company "Golden Derrick" at the National Joint Stock Company "Nadra Ukraine" of 24% in the joint venture on the Sakhalin field (Kharkiv region). This is stated in the court decision, published in the Unified Register of judgments.
With the corresponding claim in court appealed NAK "Nadra Ukraine".
The Court reasoned its decision evasion "Golden Derrick" 6360000 hryvnia value of the share acquired by it in the agreement on joint activities.
"The plaintiff received no funds in the amount of 6360000 hryvnia per share sold in accordance with the terms of the sales contract ... to indicate the defendant's breach of the challenged conditions of the contract of sale to pay the court considered a material breach by the defendant of the contract of sale," - said in the text the court's decision.
According to the text of the judgment, the agreement on joint activities on Sakhalin field between NAK "Nadra Ukraine", a subsidiary of NAK "Nadra Ukraine" - "Poltavaneftegazgeologiya" and a limited liability company "Sakhalin" was signed December 26, 2003.
As reported, in September, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources stated that annulled the 17 special permits for subsoil use, which were granted oil and gas companies, "Golden Derrick."
"Golden Derrick," according to the media, controls the former Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Edward Stawicki, who is wanted.
Sakhalin fields in the Kharkiv region was opened in 1981 and is one of the largest in Ukraine.
