Finding investment in mineral resources is carried out, in particular, through the sale of special permits for periodic auctions that are open and transparent procedure. In 2014, a total of 2 auctions were held, which was attended by 18 companies, 10 of which were declared winners.

However, special permits for Bilychivskiy area and Losyschynskiy area exposed to auction 7 times in the last 3 years, only this time they were sold to investors.
